Once availability is confirmed, you will receive a Stripe invoice payable by card or ACH bank transfer. Nothing is charged until you approve the invoice, and orders ship after payment has cleared.

Wholesale terms

Terms of sale, effective July 2026.

Pricing: Wholesale pricing is 50% off MSRP. Products must be sold at or above MSRP. Resale on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and similar) is not permitted; sales are limited to brick-and-mortar locations and the retailer's own web store.
Minimums: $150 minimum opening order; $100 minimum reorder. Case quantities apply as listed on the line sheet.
Payment: Payment is due in advance. Confirmed orders are invoiced via Stripe, payable by card or ACH bank transfer. Orders ship once payment has cleared.
Availability & lead time: All goods are handmade in small batches; select pieces are one-of-one. Quantities are confirmed prior to invoicing, and substitutions will be offered where an item is unavailable. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production, plus transit time.
Shipping: Orders ship from Omaha, Nebraska. Freight is added to the invoice at cost.
Damages & defects: Damaged or defective goods must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, with photographs. Verified claims will be replaced or credited at the retailer's preference.
Returns: Wholesale purchases are final sale except in cases of damage or defect. Goods are not offered on consignment or sale-or-return terms.
Edition codes: Each piece carries a hand-numbered edition code (e.g., CK26-01) identifying it within its production run. Edition codes are part of the product and should remain in place at retail.
Product variation: As all goods are handmade, color, texture, and finish vary from piece to piece. This variation is inherent to the product and is not considered a defect.
